Our History

Campbell Window Film was founded in 1988 by Brad Campbell, who originally started his window film career as an installer.

Determined to bring a higher level of professionalism to the industry, Brad developed a simple philosophy to build the business on – delight the customer by learning about their needs and providing a solution that exceeds expectations.

After more than 30 years in the business, Brad continues to spend much of his time working with clients and training our team to provide consistent customer service throughout our organization.

Brad Campbell


Hometown: Charlotte, NC


Brad started Campbell in 1988, determined to bring a higher level of service to the window film industry. Over the past 30 years, the company has evolved from a one-man-show to one of the largest window film dealers in the country and the four-time recipient of 3M’s Dealer of the Year award.

Brad searches relentlessly to find the right team members that have the personality and work ethic to maintain the high level of customer service and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of the company.

Brad is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.

Innovative, dedicated, and respected for both his business acumen and technical savvy, when he’s not busy planning the company’s strategy, Brad’s idea of a dream vacation is to four wheel it off road with his family and dog Blue.

Nora joined Campbell in 2002 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Her dedication, strong work ethic and integrity, tireless pursuit of perfection, strategic approach to problems, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines helped shape Campbell into the industry leader it is today.

Her nickname is “The Vampire” because nothing short of decapitation will stop her. She is also originally from Transylvania, Romania. In her spare time, Nora loves to read, work out, explore nature, and travel.

Dean is a past president of the Huntington Beach Surf City Rotary Club and a Certified Contractors Network Sales Manager of the Year.

Accounting/Office Manager/HR

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA


Selina’s nickname is “The Machine.” She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and business management and has been an important contributor to Campbell’s growth over the years.

Selina manages the accounting and production departments and is a significant part of the customer service, administration, sales, and human resources departments. On the weekends, Selina enjoys going to the beach, expanding her wardrobe, and seeing horror movies.

Ross is the Director of Operations and Senior Technical Advisor with almost 20 years in the window film industry. He has worked in all areas including installer, dealer, sales & marketing, manufacturing, and training.

Ross has traveled the world, from Japan to Africa, to supervise window film projects and train installers. Ross believes window film and Campbell products make a significant difference for our customers, whether for solar control, energy savings, tenant comfort, or increased security.

Brandi joined Campbell Window Film in May 2018 as an administrative assistant. She assists with scheduling the installation of our solar and anti-intrusion products for both residential and commercial projects.

When not at Campbell, Brandi enjoys riding her two horses in Orange and kayaking in Huntington’s back bay.

Ron joined Campbell Window Film in 2018. As a new member of the company’s Accounting department, Ron assists with maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the financial records.

Ron has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. On the weekends, Ron enjoys watching movies, hiking, reading, exploring Orange County and Los Angeles, and spending time with his family.

Jim Koshak

Jim Koshak has been in the window film industry since 1981. He originally started his career in window film doing automotive, residential and large building installations. Jim has become one of the top window film and security professionals in the country. He has a wealth of knowledge and skill within the safety, security, and window film arenas.

He has worked for several window film manufacturers and has extensive knowledge in films, glass performance, security and proper installation techniques. Jim covers north Los Angeles and Ventura counties, assuring superior customer service throughout the Southland.

In his off hours, Jim is an avid foodie and car builder, he cures and smokes his own meats, he has a following of friends and family who crave his home-cured whiskey pepper bacon. He also has designed and built many custom cars and trucks that have been displayed in magazines and trade shows around the world.

At the age of 15, Joel watched a friend’s dad hand-cut, form, and install tint on a black Mercedes. Joel thought it was one of the coolest things he had ever witnessed.

In 2001, before Joel even had his permit to drive, he would skateboard down to the shop to learn how to tint. At some point, he was asked to step in for a salesperson who was out, and that was it!

Joel’s appreciation of and experience with window film led him to Campbell as our San Diego Sales Representative. What Joel loves most about this industry is saving the Earth by keeping hundreds of thousands of square feet of repurposed glass out of landfills each year.

R. Martin Myers is a fenestration Security/Solar Consultant with more than 6 years in the 3M Window Film industry and over 20+ years of Account Management/Sales experience.

Martin applies his considerable skills and expertise to provide the absolute best solution in security, solar, building re-imaging, and decorative applications to all business and/or home projects.

His in-depth product knowledge and passion for architectural design help him meet demands and requests from Property Managers, Chief Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers, and affluent homeowners in the Los Angeles area.

When Martin is not working, he enjoys time with his wife and 4-year-old son exploring Southern California’s many events, museums, beaches, landmarks, hike trails, and hidden treasures.
